In this class you’ll have the opportunity to gain essential Life Coaching skills and learn how to help others lead more effective and fulfilling lives. The hours in this course count towards the 60-hour requirement by the International Coaching Federation to become a certified Life Coach.

3 Classes a Month for 4 Months

Classes last 90 minutes

The same class is scheduled twice in one week to fit busy schedules. You only need to attend one of the two classes. You may attend both if you want to reinforce the concepts.

Each class will be recorded for you to refer back to throughout the program

In this course you will gain a solid understanding of the principles and skills of Life Coaching. Open to both high school students and their parents, this course is comprehensive, challenging, and extremely rewarding.

This course fulfills the training requirements from the International Coaching Federation for the Associate Life Coach Certificate.
